2 Brackets ( grab bar bracket and seat bracket) 

Platform ( Standard or Deluxe)

Hardware 

There are 2 versions for the platform a standard version were the platform is wrapped in soft carpet and and upgraded version where the platform is wrapped in a deluxe carpet that has a rubber backing 

Please be advised when washing the machine to remove the platform
