Your weak OEM pinion bearing retainer tends to let the pinion gear pull away from the snorkel gear. This results in the gears chipping teeth, pulling apart, and breaking. Thanks to our bigger, redesigned pinion bearing retainer, that isn’t something you need to worry about. We’ve designed the retainer to keep your pinion gear held firmly in place.

We use 68% more metal on the axle output and snorkel tube, which is where OEM transmission cases tend to fail. We also added extra support ribs and gussets for added strength.
