Polaris RZR XP1000 and 2016-18 RZR 900 Extreme Front Bumper / Brush Guard with Winch Mount

  • Fits: 2014-2018 RZR XP1000 (XP1K), 2016-18 RZR 1000-S, 2014-2018 RZR XP1000-4 (4-seater), 2015 RZR 900 and 2015-18 RZR 900-4 (NOTE: This will fit the Turbo Model,see notes below)
  • Made from 1/8" thick and 3/16" thick American Steel.
  • Powder coated texture black for superior protection.
  • Mounts behind the radiator, unlike factory bumpers.
  • Fits most winches up to 3500 lbs.
  • Allows you to mount your winch up high out of the mud and water or behind the radiator (see notes below if mounting behind the radiator).
  • Top Mounting Accepts both wide Spool UTV Winches (6-5/8” x 3” deep, bolt pattern) and Standard Spool UTV Winches (4-7/8” Wide x 3” Deep, Bolt Pattern).
  • Laser Cut and CNC Formed to ensure a perfect fit.

NOTES:

  • If you are mounting a winch behind the radiator you will need a winch mount P/N: EMP- 12363 and an additional Fairlead (Both of which are available with this bumper in the options) (see install video). Winch Mount  and Fairlead descriptions below.
  • Due to frame restrictions if you are mounting a behind the radiator you will not be able to use a wide spool winch.
  • If mounting a winch on top you will only need the fairlead bracket that comes with your winch. If you do not have a fairlead bracket for some reason we do make one it is P/N: EMP-10906 (Available with this winch as an add on option). Fairlead Bracket description below.


Turbo Model Install: If you have a turbo model you will have to trim a small slit into the front fascia P/N: 5453075-070 for the arms that go back the frame. This will mostly be hidden behind the bumper. The turbo models have wider front Fascia. This is the 2017-18 models only. On the 2016 Models the front fascia was three pieces so the side pieces just have to be removed

Winch Mounting Plate Description:

  • Fits: 2014-2019 RZR XP1000, 2014-19 XP1000-4,2016-19 RZR 1000-S 2015-19 RZR 900 and 2015-18 RZR 900-4
  • Laser Cut and CNC formed to ensure a perfect fit.
  • Made from 3/16” Thick American Steel.
  • Powder Coated Black for superior protection.
  • Accepts Standard Spool UTV Winches (will not accept Wide Spool Winches).
  • Winch Bolt Patter 3” Deep x 4.875” Wide.

UTV Fairlead Bracket Description:

  • Most winches come with a fairlead bracket, but if you need one we offer it.
  • Works with most winches up to 4000 lbs.
  • Bolt Patterns:4 holes 6.6" wide x 3" Deep (wide spool); 4 holes 4.875" x 3" Deep (standard).
  • 2 holes on the center line 3" apart.
  • 3 holes "T" pattern 1.9" center in the back.
  • Fits: Fairleads with 4-7/8" and 6" centers.
  • Works with our Extreme Front Bumpers.

Fairlead Description:

  • CNC machined, billet aluminum
  • Stainless steel mounting hardware is included
  • Mount holes are 4 7/8″ on center
  • Bolt dimensions are 3/8″-16 x 3/4″, 5/16″ allen head
  • Actual measurements: 5.975″ (L) x 2.335″ (W) x .575″ (H)
